Dedicated Mortgage Solutions was founded by Ninian Duncan and Murdo McHardy who have worked in the mortgage industry for many years and between them have 40 years experience in financial services.

Both have been involved in the design, marketing and sales of Flexible, Professional, Graduate, Offset and Buy to Let mortgages over the last 10 years.

Ninian Duncan PMA, MAPC, LMAPC
Prior to setting up Dedicated Mortgage Solutions, Ninian was in charge of telesales at Scottish Widows Bank. Ninian has been awarded the designation of Professional Mortgage Adviser (PMA) by the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and also holds the MAPC qualification (Mortgage Advice and Practice Certificate) and also the LMAPC (Lifetime Mortgage Advice and Practice Certificate).

Murdo McHardy MCIBS, CeMAP
Murdo was Head of Mortgages at Intelligent Finance and before this Head of Product Development & Marketing at Scottish Widows Bank. He has also been awarded the designation of Professional Mortgage Advisers (PMA) by the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. Murdo is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland (MCIBS) and holds CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice).
