We believe it is vital you take advice in these areas to ensure you obtain the best solution for you and your family. Financial products can be quite complicated and sometimes it is easy to arrange a product yourself, direct with a bank or insurance company, without really realising how it works and understanding whether it is right for you or not. Our job is to make sure you understand all the features and benefits to help you make the decision as to which suits you best.
We carry out a comprehensive fact find to ensure we understand your circumstances and objectives before recommending products which suit your needs and budget. It may be if you are reviewing your finances we can save you money on your monthly costs by moving your mortgage or re-arranging your insurances, without reducing your cover.

We provide an initial free consultation to meet your mortgage and protection needs. We normally charge a fee for mortgage advice, however this is dependent on your circumstances. Our typical fee is £295. We do not charge a fee in relation to advice on your insurance and protection needs.
As part of a larger network we often have access to exclusive products which you would not be able to obtain by going to product providers directly or via other Financial Advisors.
It may be you are extremely busy and don’t have the time to arrange your mortgage and insurances during your normal working day. We aim to provide a service which takes most of the workload away from you and a flexible approach so we can arrange appointments and updates for you at a time to suit you, whether this is during the day, evenings or week-ends. We are based in Dunfermline, Fife, in Scotland and for local customers we can provide a face to face service, if you wish.
